Flats to let?

I see the flats at the corner of pickup street are now too let or sell, why is no one living in them yet? is it too expensive?
also does anyone know whats happening with springhill club:D?

I've only just spotted this thread,sorry.I heard from someone who lives nearby that the development had not passed fire regulations so the flats can't be sold yet.Don't know what will happen next:confused:
