Hi Emma. You can hire Harvey Street community centre or Immanuel Church parish hall for functions. These are both in Oswaldtwistle. You didn't say which town you've moved to. My children went to a birthday party recently and the magician there was excellent. His name is Ricardo and he has been doing his job for 35 years.
He even has a real rabbit which the children loved! :D

Sorry I don't have any contact details for Ricardo but he is a local man and I would think his number would be in the Yellow Pages.:)

Oh my goodness Lilly, is he still around. I had him for my son's 4/5th Birthday party (20 years ago) and yes, very good; there were times that he reminded me of the character from Hidi Hi (sp) who was the Childrens' Entertainer and didn't like children at all LOL. No, don't let me put you off enamum .. he is just the correct level for 6 year olds. Does he still do the balloon art ? Bet it isn't the same white rabbit though ... :D

Sure you will find a hall, lots of churches lend a room and, of course, the Working Men's Clubs (depends how many you are inviting). Noticed this week in the Observer a couple of children's parties were held at local nurseries and one at the Burnley Road Bowling Club.

School would be able to tell you that, think it depends just where abouts in Accy you are.

Little treasures on Victoria street does parties. Its a indoor soft play area with big bouncy castle and climbing frame/ball pit etc.
