Eureka

Me n t'other half are thinking about taking Jack to 'Eureka' in Halifax this week, just wondering if any of you have been before, and if you recommend it for a 2.5 year old...or is it better for slightly older kids?
I have been on the website which looks good, but have found in the past that they can be misleading.
Any comments appreciated :)

We've been. I think it's more interesting to a slightly older child who can start to understand it a bit more.

Few years since I went but I would have thought slightly older children would get more from it.

went with my 2 nephews many years ago - they were older than Jack though and Sam was about 5 and Harry about 8. They enjoyed it - loved archimedes!

Thanks guys......im not gona take him after reading your comments, for the train fare + the price to get in it alone would total at about £30......alot of money if it isn't fun for Jack.

I took him to the sea life centre in Blackpool a while ago (we went a year before that a few times) and found that they could be more toddler friendly too...i had to keep lifting Jack up and pointing stuff out instead of just letting him wander about.

Any one got any suggestions as to where we could take him?
