I was watching a 50s moveie last nite ... I think the title was "It Came from Planet X." But the bong had gone round a few times and I may be mistaken. But, and this finally is the point, I remember seeing the show at a movie theatre in Clayton, just by the bridge over the cut, near the Conservative club. What was the name of this palace of entertainment? And I think it had a nickname too, not the "laugh and scratch" which was near the old Load of Mischief (Saturday movies for threepence) but something else.:confused: It's sad, but the memory is the second thing to go:D
