pregnancy/food

Before i got pregnant with Jack i loved fried egg butties (esp with vinegar),always just the white,i dont like the yolk....anyway whilst i was preggers if i put fried egg in my mouth it made me violently sick (sorry if TMI),
and after i had Jack i thought id be able to eat them again,up till now i havent fancied them...but i tried again, got half way through it thinking 'YAY!' but alas my stomach started feeling bad so had to leave other half :(.....
anyone else experienced similar?

I remember my mum eating loads of pomegranates when she was pregnant with my sister, but I dont recall her having any particular cravings when she was pregnant with my brother.

I couldn't stand the smell of bacon frying and had to walk out of my way to avoid that roast chicken shop that used to be on the corner at the bottom of broadway (next to Woods baccy shop) - I physically 'threw up' at the smell.

I have since learned that your body craves what your baby needs - so I suppose your baby doesn't want you to eat trans fats and saturated fats

Omega3 --- in my case it was sardines (spent hours slavering whilst I took out the backbones and scraped off the scales)
