michael winners diet seems the best to me. n he has lost weight big time.;)

1 - To stop smoking (again)! Got the tablets Champix from the smoking cessation clinic which are supposed to have a good success rate. I've started a blog on here so I can record my progress!
2 - To get rid of all the useless or unused stuff lying around the house.
