Question for you all
 

Have just watched ET ok im a big kid anyway could you imagine them trying to do a sequel to that film? Drew Barrymore an alcoholic mum with 3 kids with different dads, etc Which films should have sequels and which ones should they have left alone and not done a sequel. Like how can you do a sequel to films like White Christmas, Its a wonderful life, Miracle on 34th Street?

I would have thought they would have done another for E.T....I love that film, remember watching it for the first time at the cinema, think i was only 10!!
the part with the flower dying, that always got me....

I dont think ET should ever have a sequel. Sequels in general tend to be a disappointment.

I think ET could have made for a good sequel. It is ashame when then really mess up a sequel of a great first feature. I think what's worst is when you finish a movie just knowing it was meant to have ya yearning/expecting/knowing that a sequel will follow (IMO).
