ive been on it since end of october, and was 14.9

Im now 13.5
Slimming world aint a diet, its so good and most of all its cheaper than ww. lol

just thought I would post this weeks weight loss :) lost a pound :confused: stuck to my plan all week, and went on the tonning beds as well as walking the dogs, little bit dissapointed but plzed in a way as my mate had stayed the same she too was a little dissapointed !!!

Well done Howarth, keep it up. Don't worry re. the 1 lb loss this week, I found when I slimmed all those years ago, heavy weight loss at the beginning, then slowed down to about 1/2 > 1 lb per week, will be an explanation to this, as your body adjusting to your new life style I suppose.

Hey, but 1 lb a week ! 7 weeks you will have lost 1/2 stone, and that isn't bad. :alright:

I too lost a pound this week, I was pleased with that, cuz i think a pound a week is 52 pound a year!!!

thats over 3 stone!!!
