help with room hire

hi,can anyone reccommend a room which i could possible get to hire or for free in the oswaldtwistle area to hold a small childrens party for about 20 children.

Spinning Jenny in ferngore have a room that they use for kids disco every friday, I don't know if they charge for it or not, but it's a good size, has a stage too, and they usually have someone watching the door.
