Quick Return near to the job centre sell spares for vacs washers etc, if you know what needs replacing you can get it there, if you don't want to fix it yourself they can put you in touch with an engineer that is a customer.

Theres a shop on Oak St that sells parts, don't know if they do repairs though, suspect they might.

Cheers people:), I have a new part that I thought was the problem but it must be something else. I wonder if I wear my Stanley hat I might get discount on Whalley Rd.

He's a waste of time, I know more about vacuum cleaners than he does, he should stick to selling hoover bags, anyway I've sorted the problem thanks to t'internet.:)

That's the guy I went to, he seemed a bit clueless, what age would you say he is just so I know I spoke to the correct person and not just someone watching the shop.:rolleyes:
