Yeah I would definitely report every single incident, and also ask your neighbours to do the same, they can do this anonymously if need be
Keep reporting until the powers that be get sick of hearing about it
If ya need to, go higher and higher up the chain

Yeah I would definitely go round and try and get your neighbours involved if they have felt the need to complain in the past
That kind of behaviour happening outside your house just aint on

Don't ring 0845 numbers, they cost you money even if you get your phone calls included with your monthly charge.

If you get free calls with BT or Virgin or whoever then the free calls are usually only for numbers that start 01 or 02, everything else is chargeable.

Check out this website SAYNOTO0870.COM - Non-Geographical Alternative Telephone Numbers

It tells you all about it and lets you search for real phone numbers instead of your 0845 0870 etc chargeable numbers. Don't be tricked by charged at local or national rate numbers. If you get inclusive minutes they will most likely be chargeable for these 'local rate' calls.

If you want the Police then look here Police Station Addresses: Lancashire Constabulary
we are eastern division which it says is

Accrington
Spring Gardens, Accrington, BB5 2BH
Telephone: 01254-382141
Fax: 01254-353732

Start making a detailed note of the times these rat bags are annoying you carl, it could help further down the line, when you have a complaint about one particular family. I think you will find that that in the tenants contract it states that the tenant has a duty to ensure that no one living or visiting that property causes a nuisance to other residents, but it will also back you up if you keep ringing the police, as they log each call

Make sure when you do ring them that you ask for a log number. If they say they don't have one yet tell them you will wait on the phone while they do. I have had them try this, I think they would have just put the phone down and done nothing if I had not insisted on a log number. The log number is generated when they enter the call details onto their system, you know they can't ignore you then as you can always call back later for an update and quote the log number back to them.

Then each time you call them for the same type of incident quote that first log number. They don't like this and will try to create a new log number when you call, don't let them, tell them it is an ongoing problem not sorted out since your first call. By keep insisting they use the same log number it makes it look like it is an ongoing problem and makes the Police look like they are doing nothing to sort out the problem. I think it affect's their all important statistics ;)

Don't hold your breath carl. We have had problems in the lower ferngore area for about 4 years now and nothing has ever been done about it. After a while you just learn to live with the ******* of this society.

Its the elderly people that live round here that I feel sorry for.
