As we have the highest rates of teen pregnancy in Europe, the salary might be worth every penny, if it results in fewer young mothers trapped on benefits.

Yes, but it never works Rindi, these jobs for the boys and girls in the jobs pages of the Guardian on the best part of £30,000, are ten a penny jobs for jobs sack. Whoever gets the job will probably be sat behind a desk twiddling their thumbs, instead of out on the streets at night trying to put youngsters on the right path, There are more managers, outreach works, coordinators and team leaders, and they all sod of home at 4-30pm:(

That is the same in many companies as well these days mate. They need more people who are in touch with reality in those positions not pen pushers.
