local Tai Chi

I went to Hyndburn Sports Centre a few years back, to tai chi classes , but the type of tai chi was too fast and exhausting for me.
I need the slow theraputic style suitable for arthritics.
My websearching shows me that I need 'chen' style or 'sun' style.
I have found a local martial arts centre which might provide me with what I need - have any of you used them?

I haven't used them Margaret, but I was in contact with Steve Burton very recently. The school has a very good reputation and if you're a beginner, then the Tuesday evening session is the one to go to apparently.

They also do a Thai Chi class at the New Era.

There's no details on their website, but the telephone number is there, if you need more details.
