I dont know if they are cheap or not (they are part of a franchise) The furniture retailer I used to work for used them, you might want to ring a few round first but have given you their details so you can get a quote:

oh i do have a vax cleaner but this time i need more than that, as i havent done my carpet for a while and its a mess, i will try out the places and numbers, thanks for your help

Had a vax once and they not very good IMO, have a bissel now and it works a treat;)

Ive just borrowed my mums bissell for my dining room carpet and it worked really well, confused me a bit at first but got there in the end. My mum had a vax and said it was useless so got this big thing but it does work
