Re: Poorly tv

Do check all leads first. It could be something really simple like that.

Re: Poorly tv

Don't anyone laugh at me, but I unplugged it before I went out (also jiggled the scart lead) and when I came back and plugged it back in, it worked, thanks all for your help. :o

Brilliant result -- AccyWeb, cheaper than your average TV repair man. :)

Re: Poorly tv

I wouldn't have known what to do either Lynx .. would have just sent for brother who knows about these things.

I think it is good, that when you panicked and had a problem, the first people you went to was Accyweb members... x

If it just out of warranty and you have a problem you should still complain. These suppliers are trying to tell you they can't do anything but consumer programmes are telling you they can.
Before anybody says anything know she has got it sorted but just in case she has further problems:)

Must admit I was gutted when I thought I had to buy a new tv..........but what a relief when I came home and it worked, don't need the expense at the moment, always use this tv (in back living room) during the day and front room at night, really posh me lmao. :)
