Some neighbours have nowt better to do, or just do things to annoy others, like our neighbour across the way who has a drive at the back, but chooses to park outside ours, and right across the path to our garden, its called ignorance, just ignore them back is my suggestion.

You want to tell her not to walk into you house, that is ignorant. Tell her if you want her to come in you will invite her otherwise she can stand outside

Re: neighbour doing my head in

Aye ignore the neighbour.

Keep the relationship polite but more distant and if she ever walks into your home again uninvited tell her in no uncertain terms to leave.

derekgas we have that all the time, there is one van at 3pm parks it out side our door and walks down to the club. Chicky devils neighbours when they come home from work they seem to park anywhere but there own front doors. u don't need to tell me u all pay road tax.

Re: neighbour doing my head in

I really don't see what the problem is.

Some time ago I was having my roof replaced and the scaffolding blocked the the neighbour's Sky signal. The workmen rearranged the boards when they weren't working and the Sky signal worked fine in the evenings. The neighbour said that was fine and the problem was settled.

In your case a similar thing has happened, but once the workmen had left your neighbours's signal did not return. She rightly contacted Sky and was told that they charge a flat call-out fee of £65. An alternative resolution was arranged, but then the signal came back and she notified you via the note on the door. The chances are that the dish has moved and the signal is weakened.
I honestly don't see what the issue is here, but of course I may not have understood the full gist of your message.

There is always a solution to neighbour problems, IF the neighbour will listen, walking into my house uninvited would have consequences, unless it was family.

LOOKING IN THE WINDOW ??

Bloomin cheek! She sounds unbelievable. I would hate to live next to somebody like that. She is much more of a nuisance to you than you ever seem to have been to her.

if she walks into your house again call the police and tell them you are being burgled
that will stop her

If I remember correctly, the rules changed about this, I think you are now allowed to use 'reasonable force' with an uninvited person in the house, not sure what reasonable force is, but I am sure I would be at, or past the guidelines for reasonable force. hehe
