Ok here's your answer,

A traveler was walking down a path and ran into a wise man. The traveler told the wise man he had just been in the city to the south and was moving to the city to the north. He then asked the wise man to tell him about the city to the north. The wise man asked the traveler to first describe the city to the south. The traveler said that it was full of selfish fools. The wise man said “You will find the same thing in the city to the north.”
A little while later, another traveler came down the road. He too explained he was moving and asked the wise man to tell him about the city to the north. The wise man again asked him to first share his impressions of the city to the south. The traveler said that the city to the south was full of caring, friendly people. The wise man said “You will find the same in the city to the north.”
