Hi Aussie Irene.
I have come across your posting quite late but hopefully you might read this.
I was an apprentice electrician at Ewbank and Fred Hilton was my Foreman, he was there when I started and he emigrated sometime after I had qualified as a full electrician, I met him again a couple of times when he returned home for visits etc and we had a couple of good chinwags about old times and people that we had worked with.
I do believe Fred has now passed away but I have very fond memories of him as a person as well as a valued work collegue.
Take care.

sounds like the solicitor is not up to his job.you need a specialist in this field, expect a long slog. ewbank are now part of the earlex group. if you google ewbank it gives address and all contact info.my wife made a claim for tinnitus problems and the solicitors handling that found out everything so there must be a database they use . kind regards j.p.
