17yr old beaten up!!!!

my neighbours 17yr old son was on his way home from working in mcdonalds last evening about 6-15pm, strolling up willows lane no problem, saw a gang of hooded youths so crossed over the rd to the club side out the way& was promptly followed & beaten up, DID ANYONE who may have been in the area at about that time see anything? police involved but cannot do anything 'cos the youths had hoodies on. oh it was also filmed on their moby...cretin's

I've known this lad since he was a little un & he's not the type to start a fight he's a good polite lad, & this has my blood at boiling point,:mad:, please if you hear or saw anything either contact police or me on a pm .........thank you ....mez

Didnt see or hear anything mez, had a couple parties going on at clarence road though, bang bang bang till the early hours, thinking if police had any reports, they may have noticed people there!

Very true may be a better idea would be to confront them one by one and see how big they are without any back-up:mad:

I do hope he's OK Mez. What on earth gets into these people to do something like that? I usually feel uneasy walking past a group of youths. Mimi doesn't like going to the corner shop or paper shop if there are bunches of teenage lads hanging about and I don't blame her. They could be harmless but then you hear of something like this. She doesn't like walking to and from work at KFC. If it's late she gets a loft or a taxi but in broad daylight at that time you would expect to be able to walk safely up Willows Lane wouldn't you? I hope somebody saw it and can report to the police with a description of the lads. Unfortunately it was too far down the road from us for us to have been aware of anything.

i spoke to the lad last night, he's a bit shaken up still & has a swollen left side of his face & his eye is a bit swollen too hope it dosn't turn black on him:D, he has seen all your messeges & thanks you all very very much for your concerns.
