theres a few on whalley road going by the greyhound pub towards champs funeral - down that way on the right hand side that have for rent posters in their front window..sure one of them is for £400 a month..

The only house with 3 bed they have is in washington st, accrington and will become available in about 2 weeks, in ossy they ony have 2 bedroom houses.

Aleks, have a look on www.rent-the-house.co.uk

They have one available to rent for £475 a month on Margaret Street in Ossy.

It's only 2 bedrooms but there is an attic room too.

Margaret Street is at the back of New Lane......decent area. :)

Might be worth a look.

I personally wouldnt think it was reasonable, maybe because my rent is a lot cheaper, probably because it aint private, thank god :)

im payin 450 pm on a 2 bed and the second bedroom can literalli just about fit a singl bed in it

look at the one in margaret street ossy very nice just a one sided street with giood views i live in new lane ossy and its in a good place if you are interested in bowling green and cricket and very quiet street you have just missed a house across road from me with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all done up for 450 a month just gone this week what a shame it is so nice will let you know if it comes up again but try rent the house look on their web site they have quite a lot for rent. Good luck.

The house im renting at the min is a 2 bedroom house and im paying 375 a month, in 10 days im moving house and the house im moving to it has been done from top to bottom, new heating, new windows, new kitchen, new everything and is a 3 bedroom and i will be paying 390 a month, so its only 15 pounds more than i am now and its near enough a brand new house, cant wait!

Before we bought this house we were paying £495 for a 3 bed town house on Moss Hall Rd so £475 is quite reasonable if it's a nice area

yeah,the price of the rent has gone up a lot,i mean i went to a mortgage advisor and we were told that on the kind of property we wanted to buy out monthly repayments was gonna be 550 or so including insurance, i wish i could affor that, because i rather pay mortgage than rent, rent money is dead money.

Ur lucky lol our mortgage is £620 a month
We'd rather pay that tho than pay £500 a month to live in someone else's house

Yeah i have always said that but because i dont work full time yet we cant afford a mortgage, our time will come soon.Me and my partner want to buy the house we gonna start renting in a week but we going to start with rent and if things goes well then we will buy it cuz the owner said he is willing to do that. But like i said our time will come.

3 bedroomed houses seem to be quite hard to come by now. We will be looking to move in the next year or so and 3 bedroomed houses are few and far between!!
