VIP lounge

Has anyone used the VIP lounge at terminal 1, Manchester airport? If so do you think it's worth the money, and also what do they class as snacks. Thanks

I used it about 20 years ago - it was an unexpected freebie when I booked a holiday with Italian Escapades.
It certainly would consider using it again if I could afford it - just looked -£20 - not bad
There were free drinks, croissants, cookies - you could spend almost that much in those cafes in the regular waiting area.

If your flight is unexpectedly delayed it would be a wonderful place to be - you get waited on and get a whisper in your ear when it is time to go to the departure area
