Oak House

Ok seeing as i had a fit yesterday and besides one half of a swollen face have managed to loosen a tooth .. a front tooth as well and cant eat anything solid ... ive had to ring nhs direct who have given me an emergency appointment at Oak House, Church Street. Now whereabouts on church street is it ... is it best to get off the bus at the town centre or the one before where gene sutcliffe's is? The appointment is at 6.45pm ....

Re: Oak House

It is the new surgery at the corner of Church Street/Paradise Street Jen

emzy 27-01-2009 13:41

Re: Oak House

Its on the same site as the pals building (more or less, same entrance from the road anyway lol), opposite the new era / citizens advise on paradise street. Its the small building by the Pals centre

Retlaw 27-01-2009 14:05

Re: Oak House

Its at the junction of Wellington St and the top of Church St. You can see the sign on the building from Wellington St, the Pals centre doors on Paradise St will be locked at that time.
The entrance is from the Wellington St end.

Re: Oak House

So im better off getting off at the bus station rather than gene sutcliffes? Is it where broughtons used to be?

Re: Oak House

i dont suppose either stop has much difference Jen, you could get off before town and walk down Oak street itself, infact i reckon that would be quicker, or walk down Warner street

cashman 27-01-2009 15:04

Re: Oak House

personally i would get off at bus station n walk up church st jen, its just the other side of car park roadway into Pals car park.:)

Pointless telling you to take more care, because it's pointless, as I know you do, as much as you can.:(

Comfort isn't everything .... the kitchen, car, or even an elevator can be more fun:theband:

Should I have said "lift" instead of "elevator"

Re: Oak House

Car not much room eric - unless you put the seats down ....
