Under floor heating

Moved into a house and have just been told there is under floor heating in conservatory and was disconnected due to a leak.Does anyone know if this would be hard to fix?

If is is hot water underfloor heating you would need to dig up the floor to find the leak, assuming the leak is in the floor that is. Fixing it is easy. Finding it might not be ;)

Is it hot water or underfloor electric heating mat type?
