Rhidens park,ozzy

Does anyone know who to contact regarding giving a Rabbit (FREE) to the park. Or if they would be even interested?

Thanx, Willy.

That's a generous offer, thanks. I'm not in charge of animals so hopefully Neil will be on later and he'll tell you whether we can accommodate it.

It is a generous offer but at the moment we have enough rabbits thank you. Before long we will have even more of them, they breed like rabbits you know.

Thank you for offering though.

Just a question: what kind of animals are there in the park? Is it like a petting zoo (fairly serious responses pretty please)?

Sounds kinda neat ... It's great to have animals around; they seem to bring out the better side of many humans ... as an aside: Last spring I was driving along Ontario St. (it runs along the lake shore) and was caught in a minor traffic jam. A mallard and her young were crossing the street to get to the lake ... folks were getting out of their vehicles to make sure that all traffic stopped so that the ducks could get safely to the water. No impatience, no road rage; but lots of people with their cameras ... and the ducks took it all in their stride.

You would have to cook him for a long time as he is not a young bird.

Do what I do ... grab your 12 gauge and go shoot your Christmas dinner .... :D

And the park is no doubt a safe refuge for the animals ... maybe it's good, particularly for kids, to see a turkey alive, with its feathers and without the trimmings and cranberries.;)
