I don't know about the sauna, I have never used that.

If you ring 385945 there is an automated message detailing swimming pool opening hours and it tells you when the adults only and ladies only sessions are.

they used to do ladies mornings, monday, wednesday and friday, i used to have sauna, swim and steam room on those days

sauna is alternated daily. Yep they have a ladies only swimming

LOL .. no mention at the pool I go to of you not being able to do this .. just 'no diving', which is sensible seeing as the pool is all one depth at 1.2 metres ... :D
