Need help to sleep!!!

Good Morning Everyone, just wondered if anyone would know of any non-prescription tablets to help with sleeping? Tried everything I can think of but with no joy?:eek:

I have Parkinson's, that, and the drugs I'm on mean I sleep very badly.

Tried all the over the counter remedies, and did resort to the occasional prescribed sleeping tablet, when it got to over 72 hours without a wink of sleep.

I've been taking a homeopathic remedy, Passiflora, prescribed by Nicola68, who is a qualified homeopath.

Might be worth a try.

It worked for me. I've had over two months of near normal sleep.

:)

This is Nicola68's Profile, if you want to cantact her by pm.

Good luck.

...and if that doesn't work, a couple of whacks with a rolled up copy of the Daily Mail, usually does the trick.

;)

By the way, that wasn't a euphemism.

whack - definition of whack by the Free Online Dictionary, Thesaurus and Encyclopedia.

Badly, and with aural and visual hallucinations.

:eek::D:eek:

It's really helped me, a lot. After six years, these past months have been bliss.

If you do seek treatment from Nicola, she's a truly lovely person, and you are treated as a whole person, not just for what you thinks ails you.

Good luck.
