the electic balance on the meter hasnt gone down since we moved so i think its been jimmied! who do i call about that? i dunno who the supplier is yet tho

Are the units used counting up still?

I would take a reading and then put a sum of money away each week till you find out who the supplier is.
If you owe it you've got it and If you don't you've saved it.

On the subject of meters . My cousin was sure that she was paying too much for her electricity . But if you call them out to check it and you are wrong , they charge you for the call out . Her husband got a gadget , don't ask me how it works , but it shows you how much electricty you are using and this can be matched with the meter reading .

The end result was that they had their meter checked , and the man who did it said it was one of the worst he had come across . They were paying 2 and a half times too much for what they were using .

They got a few thousand pounds back from their supplier .

Ring this number 0870 751 0093. You will need the meter number or as they will refer to it, your MPAN number, somewhere on your meter should be lots of digits preceded by an S

ring the electric bord and they would come out and they would tell you your sappiler comes from but i would get it sorted quick.
