Is it not the annual march? It used to pass Eagle Street, sure it is some sort of celebration

It will be their annual march, it is a peace thing, most of the men should be wearing white hats with little holes in, they have a huge march through blackburn too, it's a bit of an arse being stuck on the bus right behind them, they don't walk fast

They're probably demanding the restoration of Halal chicken in the local KFC.

Someone's just posted on Facebook there's a big protest at KFC.

Don't know if the two things are connected.

Certainly time wise it means it was a very slow march.

:D

And plenty of noise this morning during a procession from the Fountain St mosque to the one on Richmond Rd .

It was a celebration of Mohammed's birthday . (Eid Milad )

'We want wet wipes, without blasphemous pictures of the Prophet on them!'

'When'd we want 'em?'

'Now!'

'It isn't Muhammad?'

'Colonel who?'

'Oh, ok'

'All out brothers.'

'We're calling a retreat'.
