Do you have one

I seem to watch that program on BBC1 every morning whilst having breakfast called Heir Hunters, and its amazing just how many people DO not have a will. I know I have and have had one for years in fact I only changed it to update it last year, save your relatives a lot of messing about when you finally pop your clogs, so do you have one or not or are you thinking about getting one

No, I don't.

Every couple of weeks I say I'll do it, but haven't yet.

Only really got my house, and a few not very valuable antiques, as my scathing wit I'm taking with me.

:D

The way the law works at the moment Jen your estate would be split equally between your brothers and sisters. It's only when relatives can't be found that the money goes to the Government.

I have a will so that my money goes where I want it to go - it seemed the best thing to do after personally seeing a friends estate go to people she didn't ever see and her partner of 26 years got nothing even though we all knew that was what she wanted

Well it will if you don't make a will, even if you leave anything you may have to the local animal shelter, plus it takes away any headaches which will be left behind

Afraid i'm a no....my mum and dad have one, well 2 actually as they live out in Tenerife and the law's different over there.
Have tried to broach the subject with my husband but he seems to think in some way it will bring bad luck to have one...
