I would bet that we didn't need to do that(and it would be unkind of us to do such a thing when you are suffering such purse pains)...I would make a guess that you have beaten yourself up enough without us getting in on the act.

If it was me, my sister(baby sister at that) would be telling me 'suck it up and move on'.
