The picture on my profile is a photograph of a watercolour painting by an Accrington artist called Peter Sherburne. He has painted my last dog 'Gyp' on the background of Striding Edge. If you can zoom in on the picture there is a butterfly and a ladybird in the grass in the front. We lost Gyp to cancer in 2005 and this is a lasting reminder of him.Our collie now is called Max hence my log on name.

Nice pic -looks like he was a lovely dog. We have five border collies on our farm. Very intelligent dogs but they need training.
