I was due to get my dla payment on tues 27 is any one else haveing probs

i think if your payment falls during a holiday they usually pay it early but it will most likely get electronicaly transfered on the 27th as planned but i cant say for certain

All these benefits are electronically transferred, It will probably arrive on the date of issue,

Some not very nice comments as per on this thread (again). Depending on how you get paid ANY benefits for example child allowance, DLA, etc and your choosen point of payment, some benefits are paid in advance over the holiday period. Why do folk have to extract the urine all the time??

Thing is these are comments by people who have thier Christmas sorted ..27th is a bank holiday so not much chance of getting an electronic or any other means of payment on that day..there must be some sort of help line you can call.

Well if it had been worded correctly then people wouldn't take the urine. The phone lines will be open on Wednesday 28th Dec. So if lancsboy hasn't been paid on 27th (when its due) he can ring to say he's got a missing payment. You cant ring before your date of payment to say its late! Any reason why you didn't ring Friday when the lines were open to see if you might get paid early, instead of posting on here Xmas eve?

Most payments were made by last Thursday, mine where, my usual day is Tuesday
