Does anyone know if the washer place is still going down clayton ? its for a friend who needs a washer and dryer ,

If you could be more specific as to where it was located, there used to be one on whalley road I think next door to the greengrocers but that closed a number of years ago.

It used to be behind the forts arms , I think it was called Webb rentals but that was a few years ago and there is nowt in Thompson local , ,

You have me on that one, the only business I know about to the rear of forts arms is a garage, and that was a few years ago, don't know if it is still there.

I would recommend buying a washer and not renting, but I don't know the circumstances so just a suggestion, I have bought various white goods from the shop that is situated in what was Dr Quinn's surgery on Blackburn Road, and goods come with a 12 month guarantee, and his statement to me was that you will not find cheaper locally, and I havent.

I will be walking the dog in that area later today so will have a shufty

this is the only thing I could find behind the forts arms, just googled elison fold and this is it. The units were all locked up at 3pm today

If you look in the buy, sell, swap section on here, there's a washer/dryer for sale for fifty pounds.
