Anybody live on Sefton Farm Altham?

anybody live up on sefton farm ? is it true you get a lot of buzzing noises from the pylons and mobile / tv signals can be interupted if you live near them ?

quick reply is me. lived ther for 15 years, the only part which is under the power lines is the top of higher firs drive and simmonds way, house prices reflect the danger from above, the bottom of the estate around henfield close is fine and a great place to live.
never had a problem with tv but possibly could if you are under 40000 volts on simmonds way
