Floaty
 
Have any of you fine people ever experienced a outer body experience(obe) haha serious question,and was it induced or spontaneous. Do u think the whole concept is nonsense or maybe its likely. Answers on zee postcard please.haha

The frivolous way you ask a serious question has deterred me from giving you a serious reply.

(O B E is 'out of body' not 'outer body')

I have read several books on the topic, and so can you, if you really want to know:rolleyes:

Sorry if i seemed frivolous, apologies, thanks for your reply,i have read much and am practising techniques not sure if im doing well though if anyone has had firsthand experience this could prove beneficial to my personal endeavours.

Opinions differ on whether you should TRY.
It should happen spontaneously if and when you are ready for the experience.

Sticking your finger in a live light bulb socket might be benificial, it will certainly be a first hand experiance.

He might just end up leaving his frazzled body behind if he tries that Retlaw.

I have heard of people(usually when they have been very ill and close to death) having spontaneous OBE's - but not actually trying to have an OBE.

Well I can honestly say I have, around 26 years ago when I was in intensive care I was looking down on two doctors and a few others with a light above me, as the light diminished I was back with the living

This also happened to me after a bad reaction to anesthesia,they apparently lost me and i had pretty much what you explain jaysay but i was and am not 100%sure that this wasn't a hallucination/dream owing to said anesthesia

A 'safer' experience to explore first is lucid dreaming.
Some consider that to be 'astral travel' too.
