Cashback websites
Has anyone ever used them?
Which is the best one? If you do use them, what is the key to ensuring you always get credited what your due? |
Re: Cashback websites
Quidco, used for years, clear cookies before you go to quidco then click all the way through to the site and buy, never had an issue

Re: Cashback websites
Instead of clearing cookies have you tried a private browsing/ incognito window depending on your browser, does it work?

Re: Cashback websites
err, I've had well over 500 quid cash back over the years for doing nothing more than clicking through a website before buying something I would be buying anyway? stuff like car insurance you can often get an extra 20-30 quid back after you have found the cheapest quote, mobile contracts are often even more lucrative... electronic stuff like TVs/fridges etc that I've bought having found the best deal often offer an extra 4-5%
seems a no brainer to me. Obviously some people have too much money to worry.. ;) |
Re: Cashback websites
Not really, its whatever floats yer boat, have no objection to people doing it, why would i? its just not fer me simples.;)

Re: Cashback websites
Car insurance, mobile phone contracts, wow, seeing I don't drive now and use a laptop money back wouldn't be much use to me:)

Re: Cashback websites
I don't spend much £ online nowadays-not in places suitable for Topcashback anyway.
Despite this though I still find it well worth it. I did presume they were a scam at first, until my super cash savvy Mother recommended TCB. I've had about £50 out of them this year. My Mother makes a lot of large purchases online and cashed just under £600 a few months ago, if you're going to spend online anyway, then they're definitely worthwhile-just takes a couple of seconds to use their website instead of going directly to the website you are purchasing from. |

I get a lot of clothes/products on eBay for example, TCB isn't an associate. the Mister buys clothes online, but his taste is quite obscure and again TCB isn't available. |
