Should Accringtonweb have it's own politics section?

most of teh politics chat is about our own crooked and caniving liars so it is about acrrington and is in my mind acceptable to be talked about in general discussion as it states talk must be about local and related things

if a topic is merely about government policey and such then maybe but id say there was hardly enough to justify rearranging a website for

besides general discussion is the most read section and teh more that read how crooked and dishonest our representitives are the better informed hey are when decising if they really are worth their X on a ballot paper

I also think the answer should be 'no'.
Politics belongs in the 'general' section. It deserves to be seen by everyone.
If it were in a section dedicated to politics, then some people would not visit it. Miss things that they should see.
The other reason, is that politics touches every area of our lives......it would make it difficult to decide what was purely politics

Why change what is working? We get to do our futile and useless rants against those we foolishly put in power in the general section, we even get our local MP entering the fray just to let us know that 95% of us are wrong 95% of the time no matter what proof we give him to the contrary!
P.S. It's pronounced AccyWeb or AccringtonWeb.

I just thought it may be a idea to segregate politics from the general chit-chat (no I didn't use search :o).

Like other folks have said, politics & politicoes whether you loath or love them are an intrinsic part of everyday life regardless of what we may personally feel, that being so, their presence would be nigh on impossible to separate & quarantine in their own specific section. :rolleyes:
