Give us a bit more information Joyce, and some one might be able to help. There are a lot of Rileys in this area. Don't understand the "riddles" bit! ;) |
Re: lost friends
Dominic Marshall lived at Marshalls Records in the 80's No idea where he is now. Saw Darren Wheatcroft in Accy Voodoo Lounge about 6 weeks ago, he lives near Highams playing field and sometimes walks his dog there. Haven't seen Watty (Shaun Watson) for ages, but see his brother from time to time, as He is one of my bin men. :-*

Shaun Watson
Was he (still is) in a band? If so, I know where he now lives

Re: lost friends
I also went to St. Annes at about the same time as you Littlemo, I think you're a few years older than me, I'm 30 in October. We probably know a lot of the same people.
At a guess: Dale Ashworth and Kevin Clearery went on to Moorhead, have heard the names before Nigel Hargreaves - there was one at Mount Carmel but he left Accy at a certain point, maybe it's not the same guy Ian Rushton also rings a bell from Mount Carmel but a bit older. Not much help eh? |
Re: lost friends
@Jo , just a few! I would have left before you began! did you have older siblings?
|
Re: lost friends
Yeah, you're a year older than my uncle I think, and 2 years younger than my aunty. I'll send you a private message with their identity, otherwise everyone will know who I am!!!

There's an Ian Rushton on the church council of St. Johns, Baxenden. If you go to the site and click on who's who they even have a picture of him. Hope this helps.

Re: lost friends
I spent 6 years trying to find some-one from my childhood, someone suggested contacting Action Line on radio Lancashire, within a few hours of doing so I had contact from my friends sister, so maybe anyone trying to find a "lost" mate give them a try you never know...

To whom do you speak Melmo. I recall many of these's names, but are they the same people as we went to school with? I see there's an age differance maybe they where relations of those that I knew?

Re: lost friends
Mark...I remember Domonic Marshall...used to live on Whally Road near the musical instrument store there. Used to hang out with him quite a bit but have not seen him in many years. Also....Nigel Hrgreaves, If it's the same guy....was in my class at Moorhead High School....I do believe he was considered 'cock of the school' by our 5th year. He would be roughly 38 or so now, we left school in (I think) 1984
