Fitzgerald - Snape connection...

By way of introduction, I am searching for genealogy information on the John and Jane (Bolton) Snape family and their descendants through their daughter Alice Snape, married to John Fitzgerald on 9 Nov 1845.

The Snapes are buried in St. Mary's Old Burying Ground on Burnely Road between Clayton-le-Moors and Altham.

John and Alice Fitzgerald are buried in "Accrington Cemetery", yet I have no photos or exact location of their grave. (if possible, could someone help with this?)

There are many loose ends with the Snape family (i.e., marriages, children, burial locations):
  • Edward Snape (1827 - pre-1861)
  • Margaret "Peggy" Snape (1831-11 Oct 1890)
  • Anne Snape (1831-?)
  • Daniel Snape (1834-20 Aug 1905. mar. Frances Ingham. buried at St. Mary's Old Burying Ground) Children?
  • Robert Snape (1835-?)
  • Jane Snape (21 Apr 1836)
  • Sarah Snape (1839-?), mar. (?) Sager. Had issue:
    • Elizabeth Sager (1870-?)
  • John Snape (1842-1868). mar. Nancy Bennet c 1865. Had issue: [unconfirmed...]
    • Ann Snape? (c 1856?-?)
    • Susannah Snape? (c 1859?-?)
    • Henry Snape? (c 1862?-?)
    • Alice Snape? (c 1864?-?)
    • Joseph Snape? (c 1868?-?)
Any help with this family would be greatly appreciated!
Glenn

My old art teacher was called Doris Snape, but that was through marriage, I never met her husband. She died about 8 years ago, I think she'd have been about 70 at the time. I know both her daughters.

I've made a copy and I've got to send them some stuff tomorrow anyway so I'll drop that in and see if they come back to me with anything. Might be a few days before they do.
