ive only heard of the vets sergury run by holroyd but thats in blackburn

I knew a Holdroyd at Accy Grammar .... but I don't remember his first name .... would be between '57 and '63.

Two brothers Barry & Brian Holroyd went to Rhyddings school around 1960 1964 and lived in Church

Barry lives in Kiln House Way Ossy or he did upto a few years ago, haven't seen him or a while

Can't help much Tony, but on the Familyrelatives.com, Family Tree, Family History, Genealogy site is showing a Sandra Y Holroyd from Hyndburn marrying someone called Beaton in 1984.

Also Lea A Holroyd marrying a Johnson in 1991 (probably the lady that Egg & Chips mentioned).

Was a young man worked in the warehouse where I worked called 'Lee' Holroyd. Probably came from Church/Ossie as company based in Ossie. Actually, he may have lived in Clayton now I think about it.

The Holroyds at Accrington Grammar School were sons of the manager of Huncoat Pit. They are not on the register of AGS Old Boys.

Holroyds used to be the name of the Vets at the junction of Whalley Rd & Castle St.
