Surname HEWITSON

Are you a Hewitson? Have you got Hewitsons in your family?

On 17th September, Preston Historical Society are holding a 'Hewitson Day' in a Penwortham church hall./ It will consist of 4 lectures abiut the historian/author/newspaper editor Anthony Hewitson (1836-1912)
They are hoping to attract his descendants.

I knew an Ann Hewitson in the early '50s. She lived in Bold Street or perhaps Water Street.
