1945 dress needed urgently

I've just realised that I need another dress for the play. I've got two costumes sorted but could really do with another one. I'm not very good at sewing so if anyone has anything in a size 12/14 that I could borrow I would really appreciate it.

It has to be 1945 period, and quite girlish. I could pop over today or tomorrow to collect.
