Wanted ....To Borrow....Excercise Bike.
 

Been to specialist and he has advised me on very low impact exercises to help shift a little weight and regain some strength after the RTA.

Does anybody have an excersise bike that i could perhaps borrow for a few weeks / months.

It will be looked after.

I dont know if they do it in Hyndburn but here in Rossendale they have a thing called GP Referral where the GP refers the patient to the Healthy Lifestyles at the Sports Centre and they get an exercise programme and membership of the Gym for 20 weeks. 10 weeks they pay £1.50 every time they visit and then they have another visit to the healthy lifestyles and get another 10 weeks at £2.50 i think it is. That might be an idea for you jimmi see if your gp does something similar.

My doc used to do a fitness for life with the local sports center. He probably still does. Id rather workout at home for the time being untill i loose a little weight, lol.
