free to a very loving and caring home - persian cat

this is eric -
http://www.accringtonweb.com/forum/a...cat-x4fcxl.jpg
our lovely one eyed persian cat who is 5 years old...we have had him since he was a little kitten and he is a house cat - he is petrified of going outside - the back garden is fine but beyond that is a big scary world that he doesnt like...
he is looking for a new home - preferably someone who is a cat lover and may also have another cat as he is fine with other cats - and dogs too come to that..
the reason eric has to go is that he tries to get in the pram with young kian and now that kian wriggles about he sees him as a play thing and pounces on him so for those reasons he is going...
we are very sad :(but kian is more important than the cat...
I know some folk may say thats harsh but life in general is and so he goes...
with eric comes a cat litter tray (hood type with door) cat litter and his special persian cat food and his toys and his comb
please only cat lovers enquire about him as he is a very loving cat and we would like him to go to someone who will appreciate him, look after him as a persian should and love him...:o

Have told my mum to have a look; she has been cat-less a while now. Trying to win the daughter over but she isn't convinced (yet:cool:)

Re: free to a very loving and caring home - persian cat

he is a lovely cat, quite a character and a bit of a greedy ****** but a lot of fun...
like I have said - we are sad to come to this decision but we both feel its the right one given the situation..
and like I have mentioned before I will only let him go to a genuine cat lover who will look after him and can look after a persian...

any questions regarding this please post..

thanks

Eric seems to be settling in a bit now; he is wary of our other cat and vice versa though ! He hasn's eaten much as yet apart form some chicken and spent last night under my bed , he snores really loudly !

forgot to mention that! , for a cat he does have a loud snore and watch your toes if he in your bedroom...it can be quite painful for you but fun for him...:D

Eric update......he is settling in nicely now, he has deffo got his appetite back and is very fond of being combed. Strangely he is still trying to fit into places that are obviously way too small for him and has even pushed books out of the bookcase to get on the shelves there !
