wanted : uefa cup final ticket
 

given that the uefa cup final is at man citys ground and also given that this website reaches alot of people and alot of people know alot more people I am asking if anyone knows of anyone who may have a ticket for said game and be looking to sell it ?
I am willing to pay £££ and have the cash waiting for it but not willing to pay the £750 I was asked to pay for one today - given its value was £75...

so if you know of anyone please ask them if they will sell to a loyal rangers fan..

You want to know what some of the rangers fans have done? soon as bayern munich went out they bought the german allocation, spug says trying for a ticket up here is like looking for pixie dust!

Not me Bernie, I watch my footy on TV these days, when I went to live footy it was only £3 in the best seats at Ewood, great afternoon out few pints a pie at half time all for unde a tenner, the good old days, couldn't beat um:D

Spugs just been on the phone his uncles coming down with his mates. Their tickets cost £58 each and theyre stopping overnite in............ Blackpool!!! Some of them got in a b&b for £11 each for the night but wasnt room for 2 of them - theyre further down the prom paying £30 for the night.

they're goin for over a grand in manchester. best thing in all honesty is to drive down and enjoy the vibe in manchester - big screens and all taht.

but ur not gonna get face value ticket no matter what. ppl outside the stadium will b walkin around with a few grand hopin to buy a ticket so the chances of a real fan gettin them at face value are next to non-existant.

touting has become big business - the music industry is struggling to keep it under control. it shud b credit card used, photo id and ticket all to match their system.

My boss was in a pub in Manchester City Centre yesterday (not sure which one) but he was talking to the Bar Manager and he said they'd bought an extra 150 barrels in!! They'd also bought a machine that can pour 12 pints at once in 20 seconds!!:eek:

I saw a few coaches travelling on the M65 this morning. Apparently the M6/M60 is very busy so it looks like they are going round the M65/M66 way.

Seems there are complaints in Blackpool that they were running out of beer about 1am this morning :D

I just don't understand why they all travel down when they know they have no tickets and even worse a lot of them have nowhere to sleep. People could die due to ambulance shortages:mad:

I refrained from posting on the earlier thread about how the people of Manchester should not be wingeing about the Rangers fans coming down to Manchester,but it was obvious this was going to happen.I go on the FC United forum and they have been cursing the event and practically forsaw what was going to happen.On there was press clippings etc to do with when Rangers visited Barcelona and the same thing happened there.I remember back in the 80's when English football teams were banned from european competitions maybe this is the only option left to the uefa governing body.I would just feel sorry for the other Scottish teams who would be severely hit financially if this was to happen.Manchester staged some of the european championship games in the 90's yes there was minor incidents but nothing on this scale of this.Perhaps instead of banning Scotlands football teams as a whole Rangers them selves maybe should be banned for a couple of years from european competions suppose that would be the fairest way around.What do other football fans think?Something should be done about it.:mad:

or fans of fc united who havent got a clue what happened yesterday.up to yesterday rangers never had one supporter arrested in eight away european ties..i agree there was a few undesirables but dont tarnish all rangers supporters with the same brush you havnt got a clue..

Without getting into a full scale argument no I wasnt there,but when you say a few undesirables I think that is an understatement as these cctv pictures show.And if you go on 'You tube' there are plenty more filmed by Rangers fans themselves that show them fighting amoungst themselves aswell.

hmmm...mthead you seem to making out that man utd fans never fight when playing in europe and always smell of roses...remember roma away for starters ?...there are even clips on that site you talk about showing man u fans fighting with each other in some ground !! I also remember man utd fans running at rangers fans when they played at ibrox a few seasons ago...if you want to start tit for tat by posting videos thenI am up for a full scale argument as I can easily do the same showing people the real man utd..
and using the phrase 'a few undesirables' could possibly be used as out of 160,000 fans - 220 acted like scum and rioted - now what % is that ?...I would say a few..

Yeah I remember Roma away it was the Italian Police that come under question in that one and not Man United fans,get facts right it was Roma at Old Trafford when United fans started any trouble outside the ground with 'The Men In Black'turning up and storming the Roma fans,it was on TV.And unless you havent noticed Im an FC United fan now since May 2005 when the Gnome(Malcolm Glazer)took over and havent been to a Man United game since,so try showing me trouble where the FC fans are concerned.So as for your check mate hahahaha :p:) Like I said Im not on to argue but do enjoy the banter :D
