By near mint condition, how close is it? Are there scratches or something?

Do you still have the receipt for warranty purposes?

no scratches,i`m saying `near mint` just to cover myself incase there may be one i have`nt noticed,its been boxed up since march, i`m fussy and would be happy with it, i`ve just chucked the receipt with a load of others, it ran out next month anyway because it was bought in september before the rush although wasn`t used until christmas day, then did`nt get much use at all, we haven`t time and the kids are to young.:)
