As you can see i gave up smoking recently

i have some things here if anyone wants them

they are worth giving a try if you are thinking about giving up smoking but want to try some things out first


i have

88 sticks of nicorette freshmint 2mg gum
76 nicorette inhalator cartridges (with inhalator still in wrapping inside too)
6 NiQuitin clear 21mg patches

like i said, they are ok if you want to just try them before you actually go out and buy them

i dont want anything for them, can split if more than one person wants to try them

i'm giving them away because i am on 14mg patches now and i dont need to be on anything else

Tried them patches before but could never get the blighters to light, will the gum mix with the baccy cause I roll my own

Ive thought about quitting (again) just not done it yet. Am sure I will find the will power again one day.....

Had to laugh, daughter runs a smoking cessation clinic, and still smokes like a sailor after his first night with a lady on shore after a long journey.

'Do as I say' springs to mind not 'Do as I do' ... :D

She has this excellent cigarette case which contains her roll-ups ... what is it ?
The Nicorette patches container of course !! Irony at its best ... :rolleyes:

Love to take your excess stock off you Flashy, but don't have the guts yet to try to give up... :(

I smoke roll ups too - pure leaf with no added nasties - she isn't the only medical person to condone smoking roll-ups

i took ty with me... he thought it was funny watching me blow into the machine..

i quit using the inhalator, tried the patches but they didnt agree with me.. then weaned off the inhalator with nicotene gum, then off that with regular gum... felt like a div 'smoking' that bit of plastic but it worked :D

i've only used two cartridges, never bothered with it after that, only used a couple of the sticks of gum too, i dont need them, i never smoked more than 8 fags a day anyway

Ive given up before, just by using the patches and having the willpower back then but it was a very stressfull time in my life when i took the habit up again. I dont see the point in attending the smoking ceseation clinics with my 2 in tow, i wont be able to pay attention to anything through having to watch these two. One day I will be smoke free again lol
