Wanted - house/cottage to rent
 

Anyone know of any houses/cottage to rent in a nice area? Looking for something on a short lease (3 months with option to extend to up to a year if we need it) Needed while we move out of our house which has been sold and while we wait for canadian visas to come through. Pref 3 bedrooms but 2 will do - must accept dogs (corgi/collie x - friendly non chewing and non destructive)
Looking for max rent £600 a month - if anyone knows of anything nice can you let me know? thanks

its from rent-the-house and according to the guy i just rang they all only do a min 6 months let :(

No, I haven't viewed it, but I am on the lookout for a better place than I have now.
I did phone the agent about that one and was told that it was an initial 6 months, renewable monthly thereafter - thought that was what you wanted.
I doubt you will find anything for less than 6months

The house next door to me in Clayton was let through these agents, although appear to be more Burnley area based at the moment :-
