TV wanted

Has anyone possibly got a tv they no longer need? its not really important, the one in my bedroom has gone and i just want to replace it

Flashy, why didn't ti say sumat sooner,
I took two up tut tip last week.
I would try them first they have a dammed big
container full, probably let you take your pick.
I'll bet they all work, and just need a set top box.

Oh yes they do, some one had thrown some plastic plant pots in the skip when I took some garden waste up, I said can I have them, help your self was the reply.
Less for them to get rid of, its called recycling.

I'm not surprised they let you take something that would just end up in landfill, though. Where you leave the Great Harwood recycling centre, there's a tally of the percentage recycled last month.

If you take away something that's bound for landfill, it helps that percentage. If you take away a telly, or anything else that can be recycled, it hinders the percentage.

I've got a telly available - still works, good quality. Has surround sound and a nice VCR. It's too big for a bedroom though - 27", and its nearly that fat too because it's an old CRT.
