Look like new this is from my Dad's Garage.... sold as seen.. : please ask any questions: however I have put down what information is on the hitch on this....
Please note the Tow Ball is also included along with nuts and bolts and so on... what you see in the picutre is what you get:

I thought the red handle was the stabiliser on/off lever. Its in the on position in the picture

I think it is complete .... however what you see is what you get.... still got it if anyone is interested ... need to clear space ... so ONO will do:
